USING ADMINDER

*******STEP 3 USING ADMINDER (read this first!)********

You will find instructions in the Adminder Chapter 
of the Fast Track Tutorials to track each CHIP Program 
with a seperate URL. 

This requires you to set up 13 different URLs 
(1 per CHIP Program) for each ad you make. It is very 
time consuming and the information you receive isn't 
any more clear than doing it another much easier way.
  
What Chris Gibson, Juan Walker, Steven and many
others do (including myself) is track our hits with 
just ONE URL per ad. 

This can be kind of confusing so I want to say it one
more time as clearly as possible:

DO NOT make 13 Adminder Tracking URL's
DO NOT DO THIS PLEASE.

Instead:

Make One (1) Adminder Tracking URL for your first ad and 
use it with ALL of the CHIP Programs.

When you write another new ad next week, make another
Adminder Tracking URL for that ad. But just one.

So, please make only 1 Adminder Tracking URL per ad.

and NEVER create an Adminder Tracking URL for each
CHIP Program.

WARNING: The Fast Track Tutorial on Adminder will tell
you to do the opposite. So don't be confused. I have
talked to Stan about this personally and he's going to
change the manual very soon. He now agrees that this is
the better way to approach Adminder.

The reason we do this is because all of the leads we 
get are the same. There is no difference between an 
FFAnet lead or a Traffic Wave lead. Some days you will 
get more hits from Traffic Wave, others it will be FFAnet. 
What matters most is your hits OVERALL for the day. This 
lets you know how your ad is doing in the big picture, 
which is the real issue.

Please read the Fast Track Tutorial on Adminder but 
only set up ONE URL for now. You will use this with 
your first ad when you mail out to all of the CHIPs!

I have talked to Stan personally about this tracking 
approach and he plans on changing the Fast Tracks very
soon, the technique of using only one URL is what the 
best of the best do :)
